Before you start

Include exact channel variants and subtitle or audio needs when you contact support. Check them during a trial because availability can change.

A practical way through

  1. Make a short list of essential channels, languages and programmes. Ask support to confirm current availability instead of relying on an unverified catalogue count.
  2. Check the content provider’s official distribution information and the conditions that apply where you live. Internet delivery alone does not establish whether a source is authorised.
  3. Request a trial using the device and connection you actually plan to use. Check your must-watch content before choosing a longer term.
  4. During playback, open the audio or subtitle menu and select an available track. A player can show only the tracks the source provides.
  5. Before paying, ask support to confirm the term, connections, content requirements, activation process and applicable purchase conditions.

Check the result

Test one live channel and, where available, one on-demand item. Check picture, sound and navigation. If the result is different from what you expected, note the exact error before changing another setting.
