Before you start

Branded or customised editions can differ. Record the app version and developer when asking for help so instructions match your installation.

A practical way through

  1. Open your device’s settings and record its exact model, operating system and software version. A familiar brand name alone is not enough to choose an app.
  2. Use the device’s official app store or the developer’s documented download source. Check the developer name so you do not install a lookalike.
  3. Ask support which input your approved player needs: a playlist URL, account fields or a portal. Enter only the details supplied for your account.
  4. Copy the complete address carefully, including its protocol and any case-sensitive token. Avoid extra spaces, and never post the address publicly.
  5. Test one stream on one device first. Then add other devices within your confirmed simultaneous-connection allowance.

Check the result

Test one live channel and, where available, one on-demand item. Check picture, sound and navigation. If the result is different from what you expected, note the exact error before changing another setting.
